Upon request, we'll prepare your purchase for gift giving by wrapping it in quality gift wrap and gorgeous ribbon. This service is absolutely free when the gift wrap option is selected at checkout. This is a free service to our paying customers that other sites charge a minimum $2.49 for at checkout!

Our 30-Days Return Policy.
TheDazzleDames.com not only wants you to be a dazzled guest but a satisfied customer. Our objective is your satisfaction with the jewelry that you ordered, so when filling your order, we make sure that the merchandise we prepare for shipment matches your order exactly. If you're not satisfied, please read our return policy below.

Our return policy and procedure :
You can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We require that you notify us by email and follow the simple return procedures described on this page. A return made without notifying us by email about the specific item/s being returned and without a return authorization email from us, will be returned to you and not processed for a refund or exchange. Restocking fees may apply when items are returned for a refund. No restocking fees are charged for exchange of equally priced items.

Items must not have been worn or have the appearance of being worn and tags must still be attached. Items that have been used, damaged, broken or altered (including odors of perfume and smoke) or items with tags that have been removed and re-attached will not be accepted for exchange or refund and will be returned to you.
Returned items must be shipped in a protective package and with sufficient packing and filler materials within the shipping container to keep the item(s) from moving within the container and being damaged. Poorly packaged returns containing loose and "rattling" items will be returned to you. Return shipping will apply.

For a refund :
For a refund, e-mail us within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date of your order requesting a return authorization for a refund. Be sure to include a reason for the return, as well as a mention of any defective or broken item/s you noticed upon receiving your package. Soon after, you'll be sent a return authorization email. The item for refund must be returned to us within 30 days from your original order’s shipping (postmark) date.
From the time we receive your returned package, up to 15 business days are required to process a refund and to post a credit to the original method of payment. It may take two billing cycles to see a credit posted to the original payment method used.

For an exchange :
You may request an exchange within 30 days of your original order's shipping (postmark) date. The return period of any item for return or exchange will not be altered or tolled by any intervening exchanges and reshipping during the period. The item must be sent back to us no later than 30 days from the original order's shipping (or postmark) date.
With your return for exchange, please include the invoice and write the CODE number of the new item you would like us to send as the exchange item.
Ship any package to us insured and pre-paid via US Mail, UPS or Fedex. Be sure to save your shipping documents until you receive your refund or replacement item. If your package is uninsured and you lack the necessary documents we will not be able to issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Exchange fees :
If we sent you the wrong item in your initial purchase and you would like to exchange that item, you will not be charged an exchange fee. Otherwise, there is a $3.99 exchange fee per item to cover shipping and other costs associated with this service.

Notice on orders with "Free Shipping" "Free Gift Wrapping" or a special or promotional discount:
If you received free shipping with your purchase and the value of your return drops your total below the free shipping amount of $75.00 you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges of $5.99.

This is a free service to our paying customers that other sites charge for at checkout! Gift wrapping charges may be applied when items are returned for a refund.
If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total value of your order, and your returns drop the total value of your order below the free gift amount, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, you will be charged the normal selling price stated on our website.

"Final Clearance" items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Please note: on occasions when we deem our return policy is being manipulated or abused in any way, we reserve the right to deny the privileges of our return policy.

Promotional and sale prices are valid on transactions completed online only. This is due to the additional time required in manual processing of credit card transactions and money orders or checks mailed to us.
Items purchased by check or money order will be shipped immediately after the funds have cleared.

If you order an item and then, upon delivery, refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping and processing charges as well as re-stocking fees.
